However if you have received a defective item or damaged product please email us at baystreetindia@gmail.com within 2 days after delivery .
Email should contain:-
1-Unboxing video of the package recieved.
2-Image of Shipping label clearly showing order number and AWB number
3-Clear images of product from all angles and specifically the part of defect and also the image of tag/label.
4- Email should also contain the details of product with its size and colour.

We will get back to you if the item is eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.if all the conditions meets we will arrange for reverse shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If we are satisfied after inspection of returned parcel we will refund the complete amount within 48 hours of inspection.
